“Drinkfinder did everything right and provided a reasonable selection for sale. Only 2 gripes. We ordered the 2018 Polgoon Bacchus from the website and seem to hae been sent the 2019 (darker and rather flat in taste in comparison) thats a marker for future orders. 2. They used DHL who lied and lied about the order being ut fo delivery and managed to delay so long it took 4 days from them first declaring it was out for delivery on september 28th until october 1st (the only day of the week when nobody was in) when they bothered to deliver it.”

We also do state that the vintage may differ to what is advertised in our Terms & Conditions, if a specific vintage is required to please contact us. We are sorry once again that DHL had some trouble getting your order to you sooner, as you are aware all couriers regardless of who we use are under immense pressure with volume due to online ordering surging in the past 18 months. “Arrived in good time. Only observation is packaging used is very plastic intensive. Would sooner see simple cardboard divider boxes as the current packaging, while very protective, is very bulky and not very environmentally friendly.”
