“Received my order on the 30/12/21 unfortunately it was incorrect, contacted customer service and they were amazing, not only did they send out correct order, which I received 31/12/21 they also told me to keep the ones which I received, customer service perfection 😁👍”

“Placed an order for a hard to find bottle of South American booze far too close to Christmas to reasonably expect delivery in time. It turned up on Christmas Eve and was delicious. Can’t say fairer than that”

“Desperate for a certain dessert wine I ordered after the deadline for Xmas delivery and the prompt efficient service got my bottles to me the following day on Xmas eve. I was over the moon to have them in time to share at Christmas. Thank you Drink Finder.”

“Very good customer service and the price of the whisky was reasonable. Drinker Finder rang me to explain that no presentation box was available and to ask if I still wanted the whisky which I did and it was despatched swiftly and I received it before Christmas.”
