“So impressed with the service and help from Sam. I am from South Africa and was very concerned about ordering online from the UK as my parents live there. I was so grateful for the quick and helpful responses via email. Fabulous service :) I really appreciated the email updates about when the parcel was posted, expected to be delivered and then confirmation of delivery. Thanks so much!! “Disappointed I couldn't buy more than 2 bottles of a liqueur in one order, their statement saying we do this so others don't miss out is a bit off, in my opinion, I only wanted to buy 4 bottles, 2 as gifts. Will use someone else next time, as this would have saved me postage...”
