“I ordered a bottle sent to my brother, which got lost in the post. All it took was a quick call and Drink Finder were able to start the claim for the lost delivery, get me another bottle and send it out first class. Luckily this one arrived with no trouble. Exactly what customer service should be, even though Drink Finder had to deal with a problem that wasn't of their making. The only trouble with mail order is that there's no excuse to visit the wonderful shop...”

“Provide a great service, prompt, punctual deliveries in the safest packaging you could wish for. Brilliant range of products too but then they're based in Cornwall so I guess that's what you'd expect - "they know the reason why" as Trelawney would say!”
