“Email from company stated delivery in 3 to 4 days and it has now been a week. Still waiting. Just called the company and found my address was incomplete and the package was on hold. The company could have called me back when they found this issue but I called them first.”

Hi Mike, The orders are automated and we do not check every address manually. The address needs to be filled out correctly when the order is placed. The courier had not contacted us before you to inform us that the address was not completed by your self. All the best Drinkfinder

“Where’s my parcel? Sent three emails and no answer. Bought a whisky for 550£ and you would think they could provide you with a tracking number. Embarrassing! Dont use them!!”

“Well what can I say, I was after a newly released special edition gin and couldn't get it from anywhere even the distillery!. Drinkfinder "found" it and it was delivered speedily and well packaged. very highly recommended.”

“3 orders in, absolutely no complaints. 2 of the orders were followed up by phone calls to ensure I knew what vintage I had ordered. First class service, wine perfectly packaged. I’m glad I took the leap of faith away from the mainstream retailers. 5 stars from me!”

“Bought a 30 year old rare bruichladdich magnificent seven limited edition and was delivered per the order, all wrapped up and with the limited edition tag. would recommend drinkfinder as it's been very difficult to track a bottle down”

Hi Louise, we did look into this after we heard about it. The courier was unable to access your property after the three attempts it was held at the depot and then returned to us. All the best Drinkfinder
