“Fantastic service, I needed the wines for an event the next day and only ordered on the previous afternoon after being let down by another supplier. The wines arrived the following morning bright and early to put my mind at rest for the evening event. Can't thank you all enough. Highly recommended.”

“I found drinkfinder when in Cornwall in 2017 and was amazed by the range of drinks to choose from. More recently I was looking for a particular Armagnac and they had several from that producer to choose from. Whilst online I solved a birthday present problem with an unusual spiced rum and of course had to buy a whisky to add to my collection. The service online and delivery was excellent.”

“I went onto Drinkfinder one night to - obviously - buy some drinks. Within a couple of clicks the website crashed, so I closed the browser and decided that I would try again the next day. The next day, the same thing happened again. I called their number and told them about the issue. They were not aware of it. I then sent them steps to reproduce and a screenshot of the error. This led to them reproducing the issue fixing the problem. They offered to include a little something with my order as a token of appreciation, since who knows how many orders they had lost to a crash that was so easily achieved. I thanked them and placed an order for over £100 of stuff, then emailed them the order number as they had asked me to in order for them to add a gift. My order arrived and contained... exactly what I'd ordered. Nothing more, nothing less. While ordinarily that would be exactly what one would expect, given the circumstances and their specific offer that was made after I'd gone out of my way to help them with a technical issue that affected their sales, I was left feeling a little cheated. When I emailed them to ask about this, they did not respond and I have heard nothing since. --- Update: DrinkFinder got in touch with me this morning and offered a refund of 10% of my purchase as a thanks and as an apology. Apparently the guy who had said he would put something into the box for me went on leave after sending me that email and those who packed the box didn't see his note. Thanks guys.”

Once again Gareth, thank you for letting us know about the website issue that we then resolved. Again sorry that the note I left as I went on leave for the week was missed by the packing team.
