“How can I make a comment when I haven't recieved my order not pleased at all sorry I can now review recieved my order to day 2 weeks gone missing with others orders I have placed I accept not your fault but not good business”

Hi Jenny We are sorry with this consignment that the courier had damaged/lost the consignment, we were not made aware until some time had elapsed. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are glad the replacement order turned up the next day after sorting it. All the best Drinkfinder

“The products were fine - but courier not. Only one (of two) boxes arrived next day even though next day delivery paid for. The second box arrived following day. It had impact damage and one bottle had smashed, removed from box, and contents spilled over the remaining contents - bottles, packaging as sticky mess. Refunded straight away but would rather have had the product I ordered!”

Hi Ronnie We are sorry for the issues caused with the courier on this occasion. The second box was held over while they asked us what to do with it. We are sorry that there was a breakage, we do our very best to make sure everything is well packed to avoid these issues. All the best Drinkfinder

This is my 5th internet purchase, the on-line purchase procedure can through up minor glitches, but easily resolved with the excellent customer care by phone or e-mail.
