“An excellent range of stock at prices I would find hard to beat. This is my 5th internet purchase, the on-line purchase procedure can through up minor glitches, but easily resolved with the excellent customer care by phone or e-mail. Deliver and packaging excellent. Highly recommended by a private customer.”

“After making a mistake with my order. The help given in resolving the problem was excellent. Patience and expertise was used in helping an 82 year old man, not good at internet shopping. Hi Simon Its simply a gift message, its not a gift card or postcode (although we hope to implement a gift card message type of service soon). It was not on a receipt, it was on a packing slip which states what is meant to be in the package, who its from. No prices are shown, just relevant information. We are sorry if you expected more and feel that 1 star reflects the speed of the delivery and quality of the service. All the best Drinkfinder

“Always stock what I want and delivered at amazing speed. I like the fact that they have taken notice of customer feedback and reduced the use of polystyrene chips for packaging. Recent purchase was well protected in recycled cardboard, those chips are horrible. Well done and thank you”

“Can't fault Drinkfinder themselves, unfortunately they were badly let down by their choice of carrier, UK Mail. Having placed my order I received a text from UK mail the next day to inform me that my order would be delivered between 1pm and 2pm - which was great because I knew that I would be at the delivery address. However, by 3pm there was no sign of a delivery, so I checked the online tracking which stated that the driver hadn't been able to find the address...at 12 noon!! So an hour before the scheduled drop! No phone call from UK mail either to get any further information. The guys at Drinkfinder were very helpful when I called them, obviously once the goods are in transit it's out of their hands but the assured me it would be with me the following day - which it was, but it was dumped on my doorstep without a signature being obtained, and neither was the text which I requested to alert me received. So - Drinkfinder get five stars; UK Mail - nil points!!”
