Hello Anonymous, The next day delivery is working day. We have a cut off of 2pm. For example it sounds like you may have ordered on a Friday after the cut off. Due to not operating weekends it was dispatched on Monday first thing and arrived Tuesday as expected. All is stated on the site. All the best Drinkfinder

“ORDERED AND PAID FOR 8 BOTTLES OF A SPECIFIC 2015 WINE, THEY SENT ME 2 OF THE 2015 AND THE OTHER SIX BOTTLES WERE A DIFFERENT YEAR AND CHEAPER BUT CHARGED ME THE SAME AMOUNT! HAD TO WAIT FOR COURIER TO COLLECT THE UNWANTED BOTTLES AND AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I WOULD RING THEM BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER”
