“I have been ripped off ! Ordered at 1700 on Thursday for next day delivery. When item didn't arrived searched website for customer service contact, to find a message: if item ordered after 1400 hrs on Thur, next day delivery won't be till Monday. In this case the Monday was bank holiday. The staff who sent me an invoice did not inform me of this and didnt only charged standard delivery. Won't use again”

Hi Rosemary Sorry to hear you will not be using us again. It is clearly stated on the site about the cutoff times and the delivery expectations with next day being next working day. The order was dispatched when it was meant to be and delivered at the next working day after dispatch. Cheers Drinkfinder

“Easy to use website Delivered what was asked for and when it was asked for. The produce was very well protected during delivery and the delivery service keep us well informed when the product was to be delivered. As I was 15 mins late arriving home I asked for the delivery to a neighbour and this request was followed.”

“Ordered some Dead Man's Fingers spiced rum for my brother for Christmas. Messed up the order by accidentally ordering 2 bottles and picking the wrong postage for it to arrive before Christmas, phoned up and was sorted out in minutes, dealt with extremely professionally and politely, making me a definitive repeat customer, and I've been telling everyone I know about how good my first time experience was.”

“This was the first time that I have used Drinkfinder but it certainly won't be the last. I was looking for a special spiced rum called "Dead man's fingers". I found the product easily and at a very competitive price, ordered it on line and had it delivered within a few days. EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND.”
