service was good but 150 euro for 6 bottles of red wine from the wrong region of italy. Was looking for lacrryma christi from Sorrento.was was below par too very average dry

I have been ripped off ! Ordered at 1700 on Thursday for next day delivery. When item didn't arrived searched website for customer service contact, to find a message: if item ordered after 1400 hrs on Thur, next day delivery won't be till Monday. In this case the Monday was bank holiday. The staff who sent me an invoice did not inform me of this and didnt only charged standard delivery. Won't use again

Hi Rosemary Sorry to hear you will not be using us again. It is clearly stated on the site about the cutoff times and the delivery expectations with next day being next working day. The order was dispatched when it was meant to be and delivered at the next working day after dispatch. Cheers Drinkfinder

Item delivered late despite paying for next day. Courier lied about delivery and when I chased the person I spoke to was rude and disinterested...overall very poor service

ORDERED AND PAID FOR 8 BOTTLES OF A SPECIFIC 2015 WINE, THEY SENT ME 2 OF THE 2015 AND THE OTHER SIX BOTTLES WERE A DIFFERENT YEAR AND CHEAPER BUT CHARGED ME THE SAME AMOUNT! HAD TO WAIT FOR COURIER TO COLLECT THE UNWANTED BOTTLES AND AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I WOULD RING THEM BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Whilst I am more than happy with the purchase I feel you need to revirew the courier service you use. The last order was delivered and left in a woodshed of a house over two miles from us despite it having the correct address on it. Fortunately the person living there delivered it to my address!

Its nothing that can not be fixed ! The reason formy poor score is, "poor email communications". ie, "parceltrace", is not going to help anyone!!! However if you put UKMAIL and Consignment Number. People will know the name of the parcel delivery company,google it and put consignment number in, and track there parcel! Also "Text.txt" attachment does not open, so is useless!

I received an email 7 days ago to say my order was delayed 3/4 days. I have tried to get back onto the website but it doesn't recognise my email, even though I am writing this review following a message to myself at the email it now doesn't recognise??.I paid with PayPal, and emailed the contact given with no response. I don't know how to resolve this . I need my order or a refund

My order was cancelled yet I received no notification to that effect. I waited 10 days before calling the company to clarify what had happened. I did not receive an explanation and simply had to re-order the item which was then delivered. Still, my initial order was a birthday gift which did not arrive on time.

The order was delivered wrongly sweet port not dry and when i tried to contact them to resolve the problem ,I got no response after 4 days , not what i would call good customer service at all

Firstly our order had insufficient items in stock, which was not reflected by your web-site, then we we accepted alternatives offered we were also later advised that these items were no longer in stock, so we only received part of our original order. The difference was, however, refunded promptly.

Delivery - I received an e mail from Hermes one day before delivery to confirm an attempt would be made to deliver my item within the next 24 hours. This is the only correspondence I received throughout the process. My item was not delivered on that day so on the next I checked track and trace with showed my parcel had been delivered by letterbox drop. The item ordered would never fit through a letterbox! I called customer service who confirmed the item had been marked as delivered and an investigation would be started to trace my product. A few hours later, my item arrived by courier. I am very disappointed to find that the courier service is untrustworthy and unreliable.

Prompt delivery. However I was disappointed not to receive a response to my email regarding my order. I ordered a bottle of Brockmans gin and on receiving the delivery realised it did not come with a presentation box, as was shown in the product image on your website. Neither was there a note on the product description to say that it didn't come with the presentation box. I bought this as a gift and choose to buy from you as you appeared to be selling it with a presentation box. I emailed you explaining this and have had no repsonse. Disappointing.

The drink was fine it was just ordering a bottle on a early Friday morning and paying for next day delivery and not receiving it till late Monday! Yes it states that it wouldn't in the fine print but if I was more informed I would have saved myself the money and had it delivered normally.
