“It took over a week to establish they could not deliver what i wanted on time.”

“Whatever you do don't order only 6 bottles because you will receive a box meant for 12 - excessively packed with non-biodegradable polystyrene bits; and then thanked for your "feedback" when you complain.”

“I ordered a bottle of bourbon as a gift for a friend. When it arrived, it was evident that the seal was broken, the cork was very loose in the neck of the bottle and some leakage had occurred in transit. While your customer services support were very prompt indeed in replacing the bottle on receiving photographic evidence from me, I feel that if quality control checks had been made before the bottle was dispatched, the fault would have been discovered before I was put to any trouble. When the replacement bottle arrived, I opened it with some trepidation as the outer box was damaged. While the bottle was intact, I think that the bottle would have been better protected if the inflatable packaging had been used, rather than the polystyrene peanut chips.”

“Very disappointed. I paid for next day delivery as needed some bottles for an impromptu event - unfortunately this was delayed so I phoned to chase. Drink finder weren't interested - and although they offered a refund of the postage here has been no follow up (a week ago). Poor experience - fortunately there are other companies that do the same I can use in the future.”

“The outer box the two half cases came in was fine, however the two half case therein were a little beaten up. The wine of choice for me was Tempus Two; a shiraz, from the pewter range. The bottles have a metallic label, unfortunately half of them were a little beaten up. The wine was excellent and enjoyed over the Christmas and New Year celebrations, however presentation is important and the state the bottles turned up was less than good, at around £15 a bottle I'd hoped for more and was sadly disappointed.”

“I was disappointed that my personal details (address ) were submitted to the recipient . This was a surprise gift and I didn't appreciate my details being forwarded. Extremely disappointed as was the recipient of the gift it caused a bit of distress”

“having used drinkfinder for many many years - and they were excellent - their delivery service is appalling - so not so keen to continue - and may just give up on obtaining the wonderful things they have that you can't get in any shops”
