However I was disappointed not to receive a response to my email regarding my order.
I ordered a bottle of Brockmans gin and on receiving the delivery realised it did not come with a presentation box, as was shown in the product image on your website. Neither was there a note on the product description to say that it didn't come with the presentation box. I bought this as a gift and choose to buy from you as you appeared to be selling it with a presentation box.
I emailed you explaining this and have had no repsonse. Disappointing.
