“Ordered a fairly expensive product, and was slightly worried about possible damage/breakage in transit. Not only did the product arrive in under the advertised delivery time, but the packaging was brilliant - a wraparound, inflated plastic pack that would survive all but the most brutal handling. Very satisfied customer.”

“Delivery quick but was a day delay for some reason. The courier just sent an email saying that they could not deliver on day planned but would be ther the following day. However Just discovered bath tub navy strength gin with 1724 tonic. Happy faces all round.”

“I received my purchase Blantons gold edition bourbon) in a terrible condition. After paying over £60 for this product I do NOT expect to receive it in a box that is dented on all 4 sides and ripped on the edges. I have bought this as a gift for my partner and have photos of the packaging if you require it. Can you please tell me how I can be compensated for this as I am appalled by the condition of the packaging. Regards Jess Edgington 07581 123773”

Hello Jess, I am very sorry to hear that your box was in such bad condition. The Blantons boxes are notouriously flimsy but that is no excuse. Unfortunately you had our last bottle so we can't send a replacement box at this time. Would you be happy if we refunded you the cost of the postage? Apologies, Carl
