“I'm not "happy" but it isn't as bad as 2 stars would indicate. The wine ordered was Calusari Pinot Noir 2016 and this is what was shown on the Invoice, but the 2014 vintage was delivered. The Invoice received by email had no covering letter and did not confirm that I had paid online with the order resulting in me having to check that payment had been received. The packaging was excessive. You've also asked me to post a review on TrustPilot - why two reviews?”

“I was experiencing difficulty on the website, so decided to e-mail my order instead. I was called on the telephone next day to confirm my order and take my debit card details. My whisky arrived within two days by courier, for which I was not charged, and my case of whisky contained an extra 20cl dram of Jura by way of a thank you for getting in touch to explain the problem I was having on the website. It has been some time since I bought from Drinkfinder, but I will be putting in a repeat order in the very near future. Excellent service and first class customer care.”
