I'm not "happy" but it isn't as bad as 2 stars would indicate.
The wine ordered was Calusari Pinot Noir 2016 and this is what was shown on the Invoice, but the 2014 vintage was delivered.
The Invoice received by email had no covering letter and did not confirm that I had paid online with the order resulting in me having to check that payment had been received.
The packaging was excessive.
