“Please please please never use Hermes to deliver again. Although I was at home all week, my parcel was left behind my next door neighbours bin (which is nowhere near my house btw) and was only found when the bins were being emptied. No card was left and no attempt was made to deliver to my address. The box and contents were soaking wet as it had been left outside for 2 days. If I was less honest I would claim it had never been delivered and demand a refund. I won't use Drinkfinder again unless another courier service can be selected / used.”

“By selling me nice whisky, but buying it from them through Amazon saved me the excess for delivery to Shetland, so I shall be using Amazon in future”

“Drinkfinder didn't make me particularly happy. If you were really paying attention you would have realised that my purchase was a gift and sent to my friend's address. As I have yet to receive a thankyou from my friend I can only assume that the item has yet to be delivered. I am therefore unable to say much about the service other than mention that one might have expected a somewhat speedier "standard" delivery.”

Hello I am sorry you were not very happy with our service. I have had a look at the tracking on this and it is showing it was delivered on the 30th Sept at 5:53pm. “Very quick to deliver the whisky I purchased which was good. There was a small rip to the box which wasn't ideal but the bottle was intact.”

“I would say "Very Good" (telephone service, very quick delivery), but for the environmentally unfriendly polystyrene packaging. There are other protective packaging materials, e.g. recyclable plastic and cardboard.”

“I was dissapointed that the delivery info was sent to me and not the recipient of the delivery, and therefore he was not in. He was also sent the paperwork/receipt etc.”

“I regularly use Drinkfinder and have always been impressed with their choice and speed of service. I ordered a bottle of Irish whiskey as a Christmas present for a friend. My order was placed without issue, and I subsequently received an email confirming that the order had been dispatched. Shortly after receiving the dispatch email, I was contacted by customer Support to say that the item I had ordered was not available due to a supply issue ! I was offered the option of ordering an alternative or a full refund, and I opted for the former. It`s all well and good to run out of stock, but I was a bit disappointed that their ordering system first told me that my order was on it`s way when clearly it wasn't ! I am just glad I didn't leave my purchase until the last minute.”

“The website is misleading. The impression is given of being able to effect super fast deliveries however the reality is not so. As concerns the product, that is satisfactory”

Hello, I'm sorry your order did not reach you on Friday but it was placed at 3.45pm which is after our 2pm cut off. This time is dictated by when our couriers pick up the parcels and is stated clearly on our website in the form of a time counter. Your order left us on Friday so was delivered Monday as unfortunately Saturday delivery costs more again. Apologies, Carl
