“I spent some time clearing surfaces etc before their arrival in order that they could move furniture. However, my husband had to ask them to move the furniture. They were polite when they arrived but no preamble about what they intended to do or what they were using. They were only here for 90 minutes . We weren't aware that they put any extra effort into more well trodden areas and I'm not convinced they moved any furniture. There are still stains on my carpets that I had hoped would be removed. They approached the carpets uniformally rather than paying extra attention to grubbier areas. We don't know whether the carpets were rinsed afterwards, so I'm hoping there will be no residue. I would"t recommend them but would use them again with supervision.”

“My overall experience wasn't the best hence the 3 star rating. Booking the appointment and rearranging etc went seamlessly and efficiently. On the day, the couple arrived bang on time, and they were a lovely, friendly, couple to have on your property. There wasn’t a lot to be done, just a couple of straight ‘traffic’ areas due to furniture that I didn’t want removed. One of the worse areas was the stairs, which to be honest don’t look much better that they were. Steam cleaning equip as seen on your video wasn’t used which I would have thought would have been, especially on stairs, and the carpets were still damp the following day, even though I put the central heating on when it wasn’t needed temperature wise. Certainly not dry in a couple of hours. So sadly, I don’t think it was a brilliant experience for my carpets.”

“disappointed again as 2nd time I have used them and on both occassions they have cancelled appointments and rearranged. Can't fault work done by Matt both times but not sure if I woild use them again as the don't seem reliable”

“Came and did three rooms. Nice chap and efficient at completing rooms. However results in one room were nit as good. Asked him to come back. Has not been back and little communication. Came to our house without notice so we were not in. No contact since. I think the dry method used is not as effective as a rug doctor method to be honest.”

“The carpets had probably never been cleaned so on that basis Dri Now did a good job getting them to an acceptable state, there were a couple of stubborn stains that couldn't be removed by the cleaning machine, so we bought some good stain remover and spent 10 to 15 minutes on them and managed to erase them.”

“Having been delighted with DriNow when they cleaned my lounge carpet last year and removed a coffee stain I am disappointed that the stain on the landing carpet hasn't come out as Andy indicated to me that it had. There is also a stain on the dining room carpet that hasn't come out (although I accept that I didn't specifically point that out to Andy). The admin of the service was very good.”

“Unfortunately it was not possible to clean the Persian style rug with the machine being used. Smaller rug cleaned for half the agreed amount had the job been completed. Actually cost me more to have it cleaned than it did to buy!Had I have known in advance that larger rug could not be done, I would most likely have cancelled to be honest.”
