Unfortunately it was not possible to clean the Persian style rug with the machine being used. Smaller rug cleaned for half the agreed amount had the job been completed. Actually cost me more to have it cleaned than it did to buy!Had I have known in advance that larger rug could not be done, I would most likely have cancelled to be honest.
