“I asked them to clean carpets of 3 rooms. White carpets with stains and signs of heavy use. They came on time. Prepped the carpets and spend enough time and effort to clean everything. Moved sofas themselves. Machines as usual. But good effort and enough time to have a good result. I am happy with the results. Satisfied with price. Impressed with the effort and professionalism.”

“The team arraived 2 hours late with no applogy, then told me they couldn't wet clean because I was on the second floor and no lift, even though I told the company before making the booking. They said it would be 1.5 hrs but rang 30 mins later to say they were done. Left before I returned and the carpets looked no better. They received numerous emails demanding payment even though I wanted to speak to someone about the lack of professional service and a job they promised, couldn't reach anyone so paid and won't use or recommend them. There are better companie sto use who will provide the service you book.”
