“Had my carpet cleaned 3.8.26, there were a few marks on the carpet, nothing too bad but needed freshening up.Ive been left with patches where the colour had been completely taken out of the wool carpet where they presumably put some sort of chemical on it, totally ruined it, I've sent messages, they did eventually respond and said they'd come and have a look but haven't been and are now ignoring me. I will be taking it further as its an expensive carpet. I could understand if they couldn't remove the marks but to actually bleach out the colour and leave it looking worse than before, then ignoring the issue is unacceptable”
