“First of all your operatives, Anthony and George were lovely people very friendly and efficient. The carpets weren't completely clean as there were a few spots that didn't come out and I didn't like the raking of the carpet because I had a job to get the lines out and still haven't been able to get them all out. However, overall, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the carpets apart from the odd spots.”

“The service from the booking to the clean was fantastic. Great communication with timely and useful reminders of the appointment. Neil the carpet cleaner was a genuinely nice guy, very polite who cared about doing the best job he could. I was so impressed with the results- carpet came up like new. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.”
