“Poor cleaning , insisting no solution used , however after cleaner sprayed carpet there was pool of sticky wet solution on wooden floor last step in hall to which I slipped bruised elbow and back !!! Brought this too attention to no avail insisting there no fluid Yet my jeans were wet and cardigan right sleeve”

“I have been charged £300 to clean the carpets for 3 bed house. It has not been cleaned as expected and I had to change the carpets. Extremely not happy”
