Having been delighted with DriNow when they cleaned my lounge carpet last year and removed a coffee stain I am disappointed that the stain on the landing carpet hasn't come out as Andy indicated to me that it had. There is also a stain on the dining room carpet that hasn't come out (although I accept that I didn't specifically point that out to Andy).
