“So I received an email to review the recent carpet clean. I didn’t want to put on a negative review as negative reviews can affect small businesses but I do feel that feedback must be given so felt it more appropriate to message you 1st. However after messaging them, there offer was to come and do it again with a 20% discount! So the bedroom carpet looks better considering the age and the blood stains that were present. The hallway doesn't look any different. The main living room carpet initially looked better but once dried I couldn't really see a change apart from it looked like it had been hoovered. I cannot fault their customer service and the gentleman who attended was kind, courteous and committed to staying to ensure he completed the job. Following their visit, I used my own vax carpet cleaner and the dirty water that was extracted shocked me considering it had only been done a few hours earlier. Again I used my own vax cleaner the next day, to see the dirty water fading and again the following morning with my own vax showing dirty water but lots clearer: As a result of my own cleaning and using my own vax, my living room carpet is now looking significantly better than what this company achieved. The living room carpet is almost 2yrs old and was an expensive rich short pile carpet already with stain guard and the dirt in the carpet was mainly from dirt being brought in from the garden from people walking through and the dogs. I would have expected the clean in the living room to have been much better and to have achieved the results I eventually obtained. So my advice would be get a vax and do it yourself don’t waste your money on this service”

“Carpets are clean but Mr Allen Morgan was very unpleasant person. He complained a lot and everyrhing seemed to be an issue for him. I explained there is no parking space here on booking and he complained about it then he complained how my carpets are very dirty(hence I ordered carpet cleaning service). Will not be using Dri-Now ever again.”

“Disappointed. Supposed to be a carpet cleaning company. Expected better results. Marks that should have come out with proper cleaning, didn’t. The workman then resorted to a spray spot cleaner and a scrubbing brush. I wanted my carpet to look refreshed but it didn’t. Workman also was huffing and puffing taking equipment up and down stairs. He would have been done in 10 minutes if I hadn’t pointed out the obvious marks remaining. I won’t be using again or recommending.”

“The operative was very pleasant and friendly, however, i was disappointed to see that having moved my bed which are on wheels in my bedroom ( which i did with my knee ) that under the bed had not been cleaned.”
