“Josh was my liaison and he was calm considerate and measured in his approach. I found him engaging and not condescending or trying to give the hard sell. He maybe tried a bit too hard sometimes to give me full facts on all possible cover, but that should not be seen as a negative merely him being thorough at his job. All in all I received good advice and swift responses.”

“James went through my circumstances and all the available options incuding the premiums and types of insurance. This enabled myself to make an informed decision based on my requirements. Overall im currently going through redundancy but not choosing income protection for redundancy but its emphasised just how vulnerable we can be not only with the current climate but also our health can change at the drop of a hat.
