I was able to understand what I was buying in Layman's terms and whenever I had a query outside of our phone conversations he was, and is there on hand to answer any questions. “I needed an income protection policy, as my sick leave entitlement in my current job is limited. Drewberry discussed the options with me, explained the pros and cons of each, and I finally chose an inexpensive living costs protection policy that meets my needs. Drewberry set this up for me, and then sent me a letter summarising what I had chosen, and the reasons for the choice. I was very pleased with the process and the outcome.”
