“James was very patient with my questions and I felt that I was receiving a personalised service rather than just a name on a caseload. Seemed very different to all my other experiences with insurance services. I would not hesitate in recommending Drewberry, especially if James is an example of the level of service that can be expected from the company as a whole.”

“Jeremy was excellent. Extremely professional and efficient. Superb costumer relations skills with a relaxing "non-pushy" attitude. Sense of humour and small talk around football (the universal language that appeals to most normal people) made a lengthy process go through very quickly. I nominate Jeremy as "employee of the year". To his line manager "give him a pay rise" I will be recommending him to my family and friends.”

“Comprehensive assistance from Kay Mechial in setting up both Accident and Health Insurance protection plus a separate Unemployment Income Protection policy. Separate policies were required due to being an unremunerated Company Director as well as employed by another company which created complications.
