“Samantha spoke with me for over an hour to enable a review of my insurance coverage across a number of areas. She was quick, agile and articulate in researching and responding to the positions that I outlined as we spoke. This enabled us to quickly identify two key areas to investigate further. She provided a limited but appropriately tailored set of options for health insurance and income protection insurance policies within a day or so. We further refined these options in another telephone call and efficiently set up both policies. She proactively approached my income protection insurance provider and achieved a significant saving on my premiums. Samantha is very knowledgeable, flexible and agile at dealing with queries.”
