He was very patient and friendly, and although I wasn't an easy customer, he has always choosed the right approach, being in touch but without bombarding me with constant phone calls and emails. Also, he tried to accommodate my requests and helped me through the whole process. I will refer to him for sure if I'll need further insurance cover.”
