He was able to answer a comprehensive list of questions I had about the London market and quickly and efficiently identified the most appropriate policies for my individual circumstances. There was no pressure at all to take one policy over any other; he made sure I had all the information I needed to allow me to make the decision myself. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous at all times. A pleasure to deal with.”

She then helped me go through my application, even providing me with handwritten notes on the application form that made it a lot easier for me to complete this as I had no experience with trust documents.
