First class service. Helped me through the process from start to finish. Egle and Francis were very professional and talked me though all my options. Once the policy's were set up, the after care after was also first class. Highly recommend. 5 stars all day long.

Mike, the insurance consultant from Drewberry was meticulous and knowledgeable with his advice. I purchased life insurance and Income Protection using his advise. He was very patient with my initial queries as I was trying to weigh multiple options. I would highly recommend Drewberry to my friends and anyone who wants to get a good insurance suited to his needs.

It’s not very often I write a review, yet I’m happy to regarding the service I have received from Egle regarding my IP policy. She has a very good knowledge of her market and the firms she deals with, and thus is able to offer different options based not only on cost but also quality of product and service - unlike others I have dealt with who seem more keen on offering only one option. Having spent time in depth to listen to my situation she was able to fully understand what I wanted and more importantly what I needed. Another positive is that she will be on call to assist in any issues that arise from the policy in the future. Bottom line – a fully professional service and one I’m happy to recommend.

The company I work for had tried several providers of employee health insurance with very poor and unsatisfactory responses. Drewberry was a delightful change. In the first conversation I had with Nadeem he assured me he would get something sorted out and he was true to his word. I have had contact and responses when promised - I have had helpful reminders when the delay was mine. I find most companies send out their default forms by rote - the form I was sent by Drewberry had as many details as possible already completed for me, again a delightful example of customer care and in addition of course I feel that that we are dealing with a company who takes trouble to get to know its customers. Nadeem and Drewberry are a role model for both professional response and customer care. Thank You.

Initially I felt skeptical putting my details in and waiting for a call back because I thought there would be a catch eg a big fee or a really aggressive sell. In fact, Egle explained everything very clearly (I hadn’t a clue about income protection and had been putting off dealing with it) and laid out all the options. She was extremely kind. She emailed me some different quotes and let me mull over whether I wanted to proceed. She answered all the questions I thought of after our conversation, very quickly. The chap I spoke to when answering all the health type questions was very friendly and amiable and basically, the whole process was made simple, quick and easy. Nobody was pushy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

Had heard d great things about Drewberry so gave them a call to set up unemployment insurance, went through various things and wanted to check some thing on my currently policy first, rang back a couple of days later to take out the insurance and the chap could not find the quotes so had to email him them back , then he had to call back as did not know the answers on some of the policies he was suggesting and found that one would not cover me due to my work pattern, and then whilst on holiday sent an email requesting that I do an ID check , when I told him I was on holiday he said send a copy of your passport and that should be fine, this was on Thursday and he needed it by Friday otherwise they would suspend my cover, this should have been done when I took out the policy but he forgot, all in all not a great service and glad I asked the questions .

I sincerely apologise that the service you received didn’t live up to expectations; we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality customer journey, so I was disappointed to hear this wasn’t the experience you had. We have reviewed your adviser’s calls and correspondence in relation to this matter and unfortunately they initially fell afoul of some email gremlins that meant the recommendation email sent to you was initially not appearing at our end. Furthermore, when it comes to insurer’s applications, some of the questions asked can be ambiguous, particularly in relation to residency. It’s unfortunate your adviser didn’t have an immediate answer on this (and needed to check with the provider), particularly as we train our advisers to the highest levels of product expertise. It seems the position taken in relation to UK residency by the insurer initially recommended, was both contrary to our expectations and also differed considerably from the other insurers we had considered. We do usually clarify these details prior to the application stage to avoid any hassle for our clients, but unfortunately your adviser assumed there would be no issue and only discovered otherwise when presented with the application question. We will be reviewing our processes to ensure this does not happen in future. As I’m sure you can appreciate, the need to capture identification information is extremely important in the work we do, however there is no excuse for failing to capture this during the application process (when the ID check is meant to be undertaken). We work very hard to provide a five-star service to our clients 100% of the time, but we are human and on this very rare occasion our service didn't live up the very high standards we set ourselves, and for that we apologise.
