“My wife and I were looking for competitive Critical Illness and Life Insurance cover and were totally bewildered by the range of prices and options on offer through web insurance search engines. We saw Drewberry's advert on the web and were initially very unsure about approaching them. When we did, they were not pushy at all and gave us really comprehensive and unbiased advice about what types of products might be best for us. They then sought out the best deals for us bearing in mind our particular circumstances. When we felt comfortable about making the full application, they dealt with all of the medical questionnaires effectively and sensitively, chasing the insurance companies and GPs for updates and reports on our behalf. When things got a little complicated on the medical front they persevered and remained helpful, courteous and professional at all times. Then when the policies were all implemented and the insurance was up and running, they made courtesy calls to check that we had received all the information that we needed and to reassure us that we could go back to them in the future should we ever need help with a claim. Apart from a couple of calls where assistants in the office took medical details from us, we had a single point of contact at all times, who was extremely professional and helpful. We are so pleased that we went to Drewberry and would wholeheartedly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!”

The advisers didn't use the correct mobile number and rang a little later than planned (wouldn't normally be a problem, but the small window of childcare that had been arranged so the call could take place was missed). Overall though a very good service.”
