“Our Drewberry insurance agent called promptly after our having left a quote request online. He was courteous, never pushy and patient with all our questions. We needed private medical insurance cover for my European spouse to satisfy the Home Office requirements for European + Family Member residence. The agent was knowledgeable and understanding with our particular situation, and was able to recommend us the ideal choice, with the best value for what we needed, without trying to sell us on any extra bells and whistles. Being from the US, the ins and outs of the British healthcare system and various British sickness cover options were a mystery, and our agent explained it all very clearly. We were in a rush to get the cover in tome for our appointment with the Home Office, and our agent bent over backwards to set up the cover quickly and get us the hard copy of our registration certificate and policy details in the post as soon as possible. We were pleasantly surprised to have them arrive in the letter box in just a couple of days. Overall, this is how buying insurance should be: easy, efficient and informed.”
