“EASY, SIMPLE AND COST EFFECTIVE”

“You got my order wrong, and then when I asked for the corrected order to be sent to a different address, requested both by email and by phone you got the delivery address wrong which meant I missed my deadline. NOT impressed!”

Your amended delivery address was passed to our despatch department however unfortunately the update was not made in time. Your complaint will be shared with our Production Manager for investigation. “I've used Doxzoo several times. I'm always impressed with the quick turnaround and delivery. There has been a couple of times where the order hasn't quite met my expectations or there has been a slight printing error, BUT once I'd emailed Doxzoo customer service, the problems were rectified and free replacements sent out even quicker. I can't fault their customer service and I feel very happy to continue using them to print my documents.”

“Because the pages were small the expected 400 pages turned out to be only 200, your solution without asking was to do me two copies. A great idea as I now have a spare at no extra cost.”

“The site is easy to use, and I particularly appreciate the facility to view the document before you print it, which allows you to see if you need to insert an extra page , etc. It is also good to have a choice of paper weights. Delivery options are great. This time round I was given a one-hour slot for predicted delivery time and the driver arrived dead on time.The printing is of excellent quality, giving my documents a professional appearance. Nobody can believe how reasonable your prices are for this service.”
