“I was very pleased with the customer service I received when ordering my hardback book. I noticed an error in the copy after the order had gone through but this was not a problem; the original order was refunded and I resubmitted the corrected copy. I was also impressed with the quality of the work; the print, binding and cover were all of the highest standard and the delivery was right on time! I will definitely be going back to Doxzoo in the future.”

“Ignore I’ve ever had an issue and had to send an email the reply is always very fast. There are never any automated messages and it’s clear someone has addressed any problems and sorted them out. The printing quality is always great and shipping times pretty quick as well. The price is a big concern for me but I find Doxzoo the most competitive and will continue to use their service for a long time. The only minor drawback is that it is very hard to use the service from an Apple device due to the flash plugin but I have found an app called Photon browser which makes it possible.”

Hi Chris, Thanks for your feedback and recent order. We are sorry for the difficulties experienced with Adobe Flash. As you've discovered, Apple devices such as iPads and iPhones cannot load Flash content. The good news is that we are currently addressing this and mobile/tablet ordering will be possible in the near future. For now, we recommend using a desktop or laptop for the full visitor experience. “Ordering online was very simple. I also got a voucher for money off as I registered online, and because I spent over a certain amount the delivery was free. I didn't get one of my codes sent through so I rang the office and the lady on the phone emailed me right back with the code so that I could use it straight away. Delivery was very specific and on time, meaning I didn't spend endless time waiting for a delivery. A very efficient service.”
