“I ordered spiral bound workbooks for use in my training. Feedback from the group included; 'quality', 'professional', 'well produced', 'probably the best training workbook I've had'. I hope content had something to do with it but the service and quality of the printing were outstanding.”

“We are happy with the fast service which is excellent, but not pleased with the following which are poor 1) The book should be perfect bound yet some of the book glue has already disintegrated and the book pages have started falling apart....How will a reader cope? 2) The cut of some of the books is very rough, the covers not straight at all 3) Some of the laminate on the cover is not well pressed Please try and ensure all-round excellence. thanks”

“Well after 3 years and three attempts; this is the first order they got right 1st time. 👍 Although they still hike postage and packing costs ripping the customer off. £6.46 charged. £3.12 actual cost. Shameful practice in my opinion. Packing should be no more that £1.”
