“Quick ordering, decent well explained price (including clear postage options) and package arrived on the expected day and was as hoped for. All good. Only issue I'd mention is that the product viewer in the online buying process is Flash based, which many browsers are now blocking by default (I had to abandon my first purchase attempt and start again in a browser that allowed Flash).”

“The product was brilliant, exactly what I wanted, however it didn't arrive on time. It wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't nearly a week late due to the delivery company messing me about. Great product, but if I was you I wouldn't use DPD for delivery!”

“After my last review the customer services team got back in contact and offered a free reprint. They emailed back to ask if they could split the 724 pgs into 2 volumes which was OK with me. Books arrived the day after and they had redesigned the spine to add vol 1 & 2. As I said before a few niggles but nicely sorted by great customer care. Many thanks.”
