“Thank you. I was pleased with the printing. Very good quality. However your courier let you down as he failed to follow my instructions "leave in white cupboard behind wheelie bin" and they folded the envelope in half and shoved it through my letterbox! Needless to say my report was creased! Not the end of the world but not necessary as leaving it in white cupboard is secure and dry.”

Hi Tim, thank you for sharing valuable feedback. Books take 2 days to be produced due to drying time for the spine, so your delivery date reflected this. However if you place a book order before 12 noon, this moves the delivery date forward by 1 day. We hope to print some books for you again soon :) Best wishes, The Doxzoo Team

“Order of buying was excellent order arrived one day later than expected arrival but it was worth the wait as they kindly included a notepad and an awesome origami paper thingy ^_^”

“I'm a fashion student and I needed a number of A3 colour printouts, anywhere else would have cost me around £22 min for standard prints but doxzoo offered me high quality prints, paper and the option of gloss all for 40p which is incredible. The only reason why it wasn't 5/5 was because it wasn't made and sent out the day the same day (ordered fri, made sat, sent out mon) but that's probably because I ordered on a Friday. The actual prints were 5/5”

Excluding books, orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri with 'Same Day Production' selected will be despatched on the same working day. “Excellent quality and fast turnaround of the paperback I ordered. It did feel slightly expensive e.g. £50 to produce and deliver a 195 page colour paperback. Document handling web site slightly clunky. When logged in it is possible to easily access uploaded documents to create a book however I found the cover tool frustratingly slow and my cover had to be recreated from scratch for every variation of document I created. Overall my experience was good and I will definitely reuse this service.”

“Print quality of cover isn't great, gloss coating very low quality. However the main pages of the book are fine and of satisfactory quality. Willing to see past these insufficiencies due to the cheap price.”

“Really pleased with the 500 page fast bound book I received. Uploading the document was really easy. The cover designer was a bit hit and miss... Actually designing the cover was simple but in my case the 1st attempt to save it failed and lost the design. The 2nd time the saving icon stayed on the screen for 15mins+. I left the page and came back and luckily it had saved this time.”
