“Printing quality is excellent. Paper quality is ok as I've got a really noticeable kink in my print. I was also charged for 2 prints as one of my pages were blank and there was nowhere on the website to remove the blank page for ordering. I was only over charged pennies though.”

As you've spotted, blank pages cannot be removed once uploaded, so we encourage customers to finalise the file before upload. This will ensure you only pay for the pages you wish to print. “Loved their web process, most logical to follow although i did have to call to ask about submitting multiple orders. Customer service very good. Delivery went to wrong address! luckily the person knocked on our door before returning printing so saved......dispatch had put incorrect address number. Will use them again but shall call to ensure they do not make same mistake. Printing great and at a fab price. would recommend them”

“I would have scored five stars fro the production of my print work, but deducted one star as Doxzoo managed to send my original order to another customer and their order to me. However they rectified this as soon as I rang them and very promptly sent me the correct printing. So full marks for customer service, but a pity they made the mistake in the first place.”

“My prints arrived with tracking marks on them from the cover design tool, which was addressed immediately by customer service (10 minutes after I'd sent initial email I'd say) and new printed copies with no marks were in the post and at my house two days later. Very impressed with the customer service! The text use is absolutely fine. I remarked that the cover design tool should allow you to save a cover design, as paperbacks and hardbacks need to be printed separately therefore any designs need to be done separately as well, which is unnecessary work, however not the end of the world. The system is easy enough to use, though could be made more user friendly by having the 100% view on both text and cover design be the actual size of the finished product, which it is not, meaning that at 100% text looked illegible, which led to some worries on my part on my first order, even though the books arrived looking lovely and text was fine. cover design tool could be improved by having better distinguishable layers and by allowing art work to be saved for future projects. Overall though, the things I got printed look very nice and I will definitely be using the service in the future”
