“Great quality, speed and price. Really easy to use interface. The top sheet was a bit scuffed on arrival but this was far from a dealbreaker. Delighted and thankful your service exists!”

“Good quality printing and delivered in good time. Minor quality issue in that it looks like it took 2 attempts to staple the document properly so there are a couple of slightly unsightly holes. Not a problem as the doc is for my use but would have been an issue if it was intended as a formal deliverable or present.”

“Quick service, easy-to-use website, but poor packaging. Card-backed envelopes are not strong enough for a heavy, bound manual and mine arrived torn and battered thanks to the "careful handling" by The Post Office.”

“Easy, clear instructions, transparent prices and good customer service (phone call received to check something). The rating would have been excellent, but for the non-functioning personalised cover function. Initially would not load instructions , using IE. In Chrome, it appeared that I had entered the information for the cover, but unbeknown to me , it didn't go through. This needs attention. Fortunately, your office noticed the blank cover, and phoned me.”
