“Have used Doxzoo regularly for about a year - particularly easy and safe during lockdown. But continued since, as often have a need to print 50+ pages, that puts a bit of strain on home printer. Also (not so) local stationers/printers less convenient and no cheaper. Easy to upload/order and always received on time and in good condition. Very happy to continue to use.”

“Paid £6 for first class delivery as needed the document urgently. Nearly 7 days later and document still has not arrived which defeats the purpose of ordering. If you need reliability and friendly, proactive customer service when issues arise, avoid this company as they will refuse to help you until 10 days have passed :)”

Hi Rosie, Thank you for your review. We are sorry Royal Mail have failed to deliver your order as of yet. We do advise on the website that this service is estimated and not trackable. We do try to warn customers on our website to allow extra time for Royal Mail deliveries and to use DPD if urgent. If it doesn't arrive after 10 working days then please let us know, we will be happy to assist.

Hello, I have checked our record of our messages and I can find no record of any incorrect deliveries. Your recent message stated that we had delivered to the wrong address, but when we checked your order it hadn't been due for despatch for another day so not sure how it had been delivered incorrectly. We checked your latest order and we can see from DPD's tracking app (which shows a photo/location snapshot) that it was accepted at the address you requested on time as ordered. Keen to help but perhaps you are confusing us with another company?

“I got the printed materials, and it was of good quality; The round edges of the printed documents were unequally cut, some were bent, and I didn't get the tracking code. But the printings came on time and were fantastic! I'm happy and am now able to provide some printed materials to my clients confidently. :)”
