“The printing quality was superior to other services we have used and very reasonably priced. I wasn't happy with the delivery, as I had booked a weekend delivery, and come into the office specifically to collect the order. UPS made no attempt to deliver, and just put a card through our door saying that nobody was present to collect/sign for the delivery. This happened even though specific delivery instructions were given, including a contact email and phone number”

“They printed what I wanted and it returned just how I wanted it. The quality was excellent and reasonably priced. The website was informative and very easy to use on your first time. would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks”

“I was pleased with the price. A problem with delivery meant it was delivered a day later than expected, but I was kept informed and given a narrow time slot for delivery. I thought customer service was great, and offering the time slot made life easy.”

“I had 2 errors in one week. 1) Order # DZ008345: package got delivered to the wrong address. I received package the following day. 2) Order # DZ008498: package arrived on time, but not the requested quantity. I asked for 3 sets, I received only one. Itoro Udofia”

“I've used doxzoo in the past but haven't been that happy with the outcome, but decided to give them another go and was very pleased. The price was great, as well as the printing quality and the production time. The only downside was that one of the pages wasn't folded perfectly so there's a white line on one of the pages. But apart from that a great service!”

Hi Andrew, Thank you for sharing feedback. This may be due to the dimensions of the file. Your file is 135mm x 240mm however your requested print size (A5) is 148mm x 210mm. “good service and delivery already sent this, but you don't give the option to give suggestions for improvement. The main area of frustration is once docs are uploaded and you select them to design the product. This works OK, but then you have to go all back to the start to select product, when it would make more sense to offer follow on products with the same doc, or at least similar products, for new docs.”

“Fast service, good printing quality, reasonable prices. On the other hand the flash script you use for position the cover and back-cover is terrible and almost made me chance my mind about using your services. It is very hard to position the book side and saving takes minutes (no, it doesn't depend on my connection). And in the end I have some alignment mistakes on my cover page which is not so ideal.”
