“generally good web experience as regards choosing the format and layout etc. Easy step-by step- process. The whole thing didn't get a VERY GOOD because website response time seemed slow (I don't think it was my connection) and the lack of options to go back and start-over at certain stages (when I decided to change from hardback to card cover and so on). This is a minor gripe though. I liked the website and I am very pleased with the result.”

“Moderately easy to follow the process but do-able, the cost and service was excellent. Although they made one error, a phone call corrected it and next day the replacement item came. Service plus cost extremely good”

“Very disappointed. Print quality was terrible with pictures very pixelated. Supposed to be print to edge but pages had gap at top and bottom. Formatted pages to have margin for binding but this didn't happen. Made for a present and spent lots of time editing collages so really unhappy at how they arrived.”
