“I uploaded documents for ring binding and it didn't show the cover, checked via online chat and they thought likely to be a processing error but would check when order went through. They did and the cover hadn't uploaded so they let me know and we sorted it quickly and without fuss. Great service.”

“Well priced, quick and professional service. The end product looks really good. There were a few complications which were sorted before the final print run, though the communication wasn't as good as it could have been and it was a little difficult to work out from the customer service emails exactly what the issue was. It could've been sorted sooner if the communication was clearer but we still got there in the end.”
