Hi Jibin, Thanks for sharing feedback. Great to hear the quality was good. Unfortunately Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is subject to local postal delays and delivery may take up to 5 days. Royal Mail do report that 93% of items arrive next day, however it cannot be replied upon for urgent orders. As advised on the site, if you have a deadline to meet please choose the courier delivery option to avoid disappointment. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

“Really good service, my document arrived well packed to protect from damage. Print quality is superb, I went for wire binding, but missed that there is a hardback wire bound version, kicking myself for not seeing this option at time of ordering as, without it, it will be difficult to keep in good condition; but as it's exactly what I ordered, I have no complaints. Maybe the website should recommend this option to protect - I would certainly recommend going for the hardback option. Overall highly recommended, good quality profit and good service (delivery on time and well packaged)”

Hi Anett, Your order has been dispatched in line with your selection during checkout and is on track for your chosen delivery date. 5 day production was selected (5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays), giving you a dispatch date of 25th April and estimated delivery date of 26th April.
