“I haven’t received my order in time”

Hi Emanuela, Thank you for your review and recent order. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail did not deliver your package on your estimated delivery date. It despatched on the 12th Feb as advised on your order confirmation and despatch confirmation emails. However please note that all Royal Mail 1st class delivery dates are estimated and subject to local delivery delays. This is mentioned throughout the checkout process and for urgent orders with a deadline, we do recommend courier delivery. “I love how easy Doxzoo is to use, the interface is super easy and the instructions are simple to follow. I love the different binding options. I think the fact that you're not charged extra for making the front cover in colour is fantastic. This has saved me so much money on ink cartridges, as I print off a lot of curriculums for our home school. The delivery times are very quick too. I would recommend this service.”
