“Hi, regarding my order, The binding and everything generally came out very good and was impressed with the paper quality and finishing. However, the graphics were very pixelated. Its fine(ish) for now as I its just a first draft, but I would like to avoid these quality issues in the future - For instances many of the cities on my map were illegible.”

“Very disappointed. I previously ordered from you with no issues however this order is of a very poor standard. The books were delivered promptly and I have subsequently sent 7 of them to friends and kept one for myself and my wife with one given to my parents. The feedback that I have received is that the books are all falling apart. Almost all of them are now missing multiple pages and are no longer the keepsake that they were intended to be. It's very disappointing.”
