“Great printing and very straight forward process, my only complaint would be choosing Tuesday delivery and actual arrival was Wednesday! Don’t rely on dates if on a deadline!”

“Ordered bound copies of important documents. Chose the quickest and most expensive postal option. Had not arrived 20 days later. Used the "live chat " function. Extremely slow and expensive. Told to sort it out with the post office. No offer of refund or help. Will not use this service again, as it does not appear to be a service.”

Hello, I am sorry your item wasnt delivered by royal mail and you were unhappy with the service provided. Today is the first day you contacted us about your order failing to arrive. As we explained, at time of order you had the option of free trackable courier delivery but you chose un-trackable 1st class post when you ordered your item. The order process clearly states that royal mail is not trackable and delivery is estimated only. We provided you with an immediate full refund as we provide 100% satisfaction guarantee.
