I'm beyond satisfied - I made a revision to my cover design for this order and emailed it to the support team. The books I received had my revised cover and were delivered on the original delivery date, no questions asked. The books themselves were very high quality and the matte paper was excellent. It gave a very premium feel to the finished product. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Responsive when there was an issue with a saturday delivery being booked (but weirdly being delayed until the following saturday). When we spotted this you arranged next day pre 10.30 delivery.

I printed some architectural drawings as a pack of 90 pages, really pleased with the quality of the printed pages, the quality of the paper and the printing has come out really well. The only fault is the delivery - when i received the item it was slightly creased on the corner. Overall a great service, I am really pleased.

Several times orders been fine but several times had printing errors and this latest batch was not packaged in a stiff enough envelop so one corner was bent on all prints which made them not useable

I choose first class delivery, 4 days later I still haven't received it. What's point in paying extra? Not gonna bother using them again, customer service sucks!

Hi Beeraj, Thank you for your review and recent order. We are sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver your order on your estimated delivery date of Saturday 28th April. As advised via email yesterday, your order despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post on Friday 27th April. However please note that this service is estimated and subject to local postal delays. The estimated nature of Royal Mail delivery is stated throughout the checkout process and on your Order Confirmation and Despatch Confirmation emails. On the delivery page, we do also encourage customers with an urgent deadline to choose courier delivery instead. This is indicated by a large red box which reads "Urgent deadline to meet? If you have an urgent deadline to meet, please choose a courier delivery option. Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is not recommended for urgent orders. Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated, not trackable and may be subject to local postal delays." As per our FAQ page, we do request that customers wait 1 week (5 working days) for Royal Mail delays. If there is no sign of your order by this time, we will happily reprint or refund it as required. I ordered 1st class delivery and it's been more than half a week and I have not received my order. Customer service is asking me to leave it a week before they do anything and that I cannot expect 1st class delivery times despite PAYING for 1st class deliver. This is by far the poorest service I have ever used. If this is not resolved I will be contacting my bank to withdraw the money and raising it with distance selling regulations. Absolutely terrible service.

The estimated delivery date given was Friday 27th April. We are sorry that Royal Mail have not delivered on your estimated delivery date, however this service is subject to local postal delays and is not trackable. The estimated nature of this service is communicated throughout our website and during checkout, as well as on your Order Confirmation and Despatch Confirmation emails. For urgent orders, we do recommend choosing a courier delivery option. We also request that customers wait 1 week for Royal Mail delivery (this is stated on our FAQ page), as well as check with their neighbours and local Royal Mail delivery office.
