“Product was good quality and delivered in the timescale agreed. However, the website functionality is complex, I tried several times to find how to add a spine colour and wording to a paperback binding. I carried on with the order anyway in the knowledge that I'd call first thing in the morning to discuss the order and clarify what I wanted. No answer from the office number so left a message asking for them to get back to me, they didn't. I called the next day and they explained the website is in the process of being changed and my order had already been printed.”

We are currently addressing this with the development of an improved website and order process. Watch this space. Apologies for the miscommunication. In future, we recommend emailing or calling us prior to ordering. For future reference, the Cover Design Tool option can be used to add text/colour. “I was very happy with the quality of the printing as regards text but some of the pictures are not as bright as appeared in my original. Buying a single copy to preview allows me to adjust this as well as sort out typos ofmy own. The service was quick and efficient and the preview facility of the website is very useful indeed. My preview copy already shows damage to the bottom end of the binding and although it has has been rather well thumbed this seems not quite right. The 20% discount to new customers only lasts for 30 days. It isn't worth applying to a single copy so a Preview copy has to be full price. Overall this seems to be a good service and I am completeing my order for more copies.”
