“The documents came on the due date and they were in good quality. Only concern is that I ordered four loose Papers and the total was £5.00. Including delivery it was £6.50. For me I thought that was expensive for four papers.”

“I was pleasantly surprized by the good quality of my paperback. However I did find some of the drawings I had done were printed a little dark. But overall I was very pleased with the paperback and will order again if I need to. I am new to using a computer printing online so I wasn't sure what I had to do but Doxzoo did answer most of my questions on their website. This was very helpful and should be kept on the website as there are a lot of people like me how want to print their book but need help in doing it for themselves. I also found that the price I paid for my book was affordable on a low budget. I would certainly recommend this company for my friend or family to use. Many Thanks Doxzoo for making my book have a professional touch.”

“Good value, prompt and efficient service. Good printing and binding of my 28 page zine. But I wasn't pleased with the matt paper that I had chosen - much too smooth for a zine and too white. Sadly no choice of colour.”

“The book I ordered looked very good when I had received it all printed. The only negative I would say is that whilst making your selections for your product - when you are asked whether you want colour or black and white it would be beneficial to know at that point that a colour cover is included as standard. This was not obvious to me and unfortunately I overspent by £20 by asking for colour when it was not needed. I didn't find this out until I had read the help pages after my order had been sent. I did politely request some sort of refund, but this was refused due to the work being automated and sent to a colour printer. This was disappointing, but I will know for next time.”

“The printing quality is great and at great prices. However the product wasn't packaged safely enough and most of the prints got damaged during delivery. Contacted customer service and they agreed to reprint , I am awaiting the reprinted samples and will see if more care was taken in packaging the second time around.”

“My only negatives are that the design a cover tool doesn't work fully- most of the fonts can't preview. Also, my book was apparently too thin to add text to the spine but when it came i thought it was a reasonable thickness to add text... I have thinner books with text on the spine! Apart from that, I was very happy. The print was of excellent quality.”

“The work arrived quickly and was well made. I would use this company again. The only thing I would appreciate on top of this good service is a solid round plastic binding (other than metallic) as used at the Royal Opera House I London as it makes the turning of pages much easier.”

“Used Doxzoo to print our newsletters, took a bit of time initially to adapt our existing layout to take into account the margins but happy with the quality of the final produce and saved a lot of time this end. Good value for money.”
