The book I ordered looked very good when I had received it all printed. The only negative I would say is that whilst making your selections for your product - when you are asked whether you want colour or black and white it would be beneficial to know at that point that a colour cover is included as standard. This was not obvious to me and unfortunately I overspent by £20 by asking for colour when it was not needed. I didn't find this out until I had read the help pages after my order had been sent. I did politely request some sort of refund, but this was refused due to the work being automated and sent to a colour printer. This was disappointing, but I will know for next time.
