“Fast and efficient. Cost climbs a bit when you upgrade paper quality etc as I guess you would expect but overall very happy with result. Print quality was very good indeed.”

“Overall, I’m happy with my order. I ordered approximately 190 documents which all arrived. I found an issue with only one document which was printed wrong with overlapping words making the writing illegible. But otherwise the quality is good and price is reasonable, and it arrived when expected.”

“Excellent service and quality product based on all my orders placed to date. The customer service could do with a bit of pledge. I/M/O the conversation seemed rather cold when compared to other 'customer' live chat experiences and it's questioned whether I intend to place the order. Way of the world these days I suppose!”

“I was very happy with the service I received from Doxzoo. Sadly the holes were omitted from the first print, so I contacted them, and they got the print out the same day, and it arrived as expected on the next. No fuss. Just a good, helpful service. I've used them previously, and this is the first time something has been awry. So it was reassuring that they dealt with it professionally. I will continue to use them for my printing needs in the future.”

“First time using this service after previous provider decided to update and was far too technical for me to cope with. Found Doxzoo fairly easy to navigate but got into a muddle with the cover of my documents but the online help chat facility sorted it out and walked me through what I had to do. Price very fair, delivery far speedier than expected. Doxzoo provide a lot more printing facilities than previous provider so will definitely be using again.”

“I had a few issues with receiving my cards due to the crazy Christmas post this year (my original Royal Mail order still hasn't arrived sadly). But Lucy at Doxzoo was super helpful, and assisted in organising a next day delivery for me so that I could have my Christmas cards in time for the 25th! I was really impressed with the paper and print quality and would use again! However there was some confusion with the sizing, and the cards were much bigger than I expected- so make sure you double check this before! Overall great service. thanks!”

“The final product is very good, I had a booklet printed for some uni work that I needed. The quality of print and materials used is spot on. The same can not be said for the speed and cost of delivery. For what you pay for the delivery I feel the speed is very poor.”

“Great quality, even got some extra copies of my prints thrown in (possibly because you can only print even numbers and I was asking for 1 or 3 of most of my documents?!). Only four stars because one of my patterns had white lines at the top and bottom despite the picture meeting the edge when I uploaded it.”

“I used Doxzoo for the first time as I wanted to print out some art prints in high res so that the students in my art class could look at them physically instead of on a screen. I was very pleased with the quality of the print. I also got a very large black and white document printed which was done satisfactorily - minus one star due to the cost of this!”

“This is the second project that Doxzoo has printed for me (412 A5 book). I shopped around to another company I had used in the past and they were 2.5 times more expensive! So, Doxzoo gets 5 stars for value for money. The uploading process was fairly straight forward. My title page extended beyond the printable margins, so I had to adjust and reload my project. I was able to scan each page before pressing print, which was very comforting. Printing was quick and delivery by courier was excellent. Having suggested that the experience was very good, why did I only award four stars? On several copies, the cover edge was a bit ragged, something that did not occur on my previous order. That said, it was something I could live with in this instance. Would I recommend Doxzoo? Absolutely, great price, great service, but quality control needs a slight tweak.”
